The Tomahawk is a very large rib eye beef steak attached to the bone. It's the bone where the Tomahawk take its name from - the large rib bone left on the cut gives it a distinct tomahawk shape. Our tomahawk steaks are taken off our local yearling beef and weight in at between 500-600g.
This cut is very large so if your up to the challenge you can keep it all for yourself, or trim it down and serve on a platter with the bone for two.
Cost per kg is $39/kg, but as weights vary a little (min 500g) we are selling them per steak, vac packed and labelled for $20 each.
