INGREDIENTS:

8 lamb cutlets
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

2 cups frozen peas
2 tbsp fresh mint leaves, chopped
2 tbsp Greek yogourt
I tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepping the Lamb: In a bowl. combine minced garlic, chopped rosernary, olive oil, salt, and pepper to create the marinade. Rub the lamb cutlets with the marinade, ensuring they are well coated Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
