BBQ PORK LOIN wiTH MANGO AND CHILI GLAZE

This BBQ Pork Loin with Mango and Chili Glaze combines the sweetness of mango with the heat of chilli for a truly tantalising experience. The tender pork, kissed by the tropical flavours of the glaze, is a delightful addition to any BBQ menu.

INGREDIENTS:

2 pork tenderloins
1 cup ripe mango, pureed
2 tbsp chilli sauce
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS:

Prepping the Pork: Preheat your BBQ grill to medium-high heat. Season the pork tenderloins with salt, pepper, and ground cumin.

Prepping the Glaze: In a bowl, combine mango puree, chilli sauce, honey, and a pinch of salt to create the glaze.

Cooking the meat: Grill the pork tenderloins for about 10-12 minutes per side, basting with the mango and chilli glaze during the last few minutes of grilling.

Rest the pork for a few minutes before slicing.
